Our Return Policy

Not happy with your order? You can send it back within 14 days of receiving it, including items bought on sale.

For a smooth return:

• The item should not have been worn, washed, or altered
• All original tags should still be attached
• It should be packed properly to avoid damage in transit

If an item comes back used or damaged, we may reduce the refund to reflect the loss in value.

Starting a Return

1. Email us at contact@maisonarca.com with your order number and the item(s) you want to return.
2. We reply within 1 to 2 business days with a return label and instructions.
3. Ship the item(s) back within 14 days of contacting us.

Return shipping is at your cost and is deducted from your refund.

Getting Your Money Back

Once we receive and check your return, we refund you to your original payment method within 14 days. Your bank may need a few extra days.

If you return your full order, we also refund the standard delivery cost you paid.

Need a Different Size?

We don't offer direct exchanges. Return your item for a refund and place a new order in the size you need, subject to availability. If you need help, email us at contact@maisonarca.com.

Received Something Damaged?

If your order arrives damaged or defective, email us at contact@maisonarca.com, ideally within 48 hours of delivery, with photos. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
