Where can I buy Maison Arca?
Maison Arca is exclusively available online at maisonarca.com.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard and other major credit and debit cards, Bancontact and Apple Pay. All available payment options are displayed at checkout.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Once an order has been placed, we are unable to modify or cancel it. If you have ordered the wrong size, you may return the item once received and order the correct size. Please contact us at contact@maisonarca.com.
Are your prices inclusive of tax?
Yes. All prices displayed on our website include VAT for deliveries within the European Union.
Where are Maison Arca products made?
All Maison Arca products are designed and manufactured in our own vertically integrated production facility in Monastir, Tunisia. From fabric sourcing to finishing, every step is managed in-house.
Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your destination, and the estimated delivery time for your order is shown at checkout.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs vary depending on your delivery country. Your exact shipping cost is calculated and displayed at checkout as soon as you enter your delivery address, before you confirm your order.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship across the EU, to the UK and to a growing list of international destinations. Customers outside the EU may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are not included in the order total.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking to update.
Returns and Exchanges
What is your return policy?
You may return any item, including sale items, within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Items should be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with all original tags attached.
How do I return an item?
Email us at contact@maisonarca.com with your order number. We will send you a return label together with the return instructions. Place the item back in its original packaging, or in a securely closed box or bag, attach the label, and hand the parcel over to the carrier indicated in your instructions.
Can I exchange an item for a different size?
We don't offer direct exchanges. Return your item for a refund and place a new order in the correct size, subject to availability. Contact us at contact@maisonarca.com if you need help.
Who pays for return shipping?
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. The cost will be deducted from your refund.
How long does it take to receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we refund you within 14 days, usually faster. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time.
What if I receive a damaged or defective item?
Please contact us at contact@maisonarca.com, ideally within 48 hours of delivery, with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

How should I care for my denim?
To preserve the colour and shape of your denim, wash inside out in cold water, avoid tumble drying, and hang to dry naturally. Avoid bleach and harsh detergents. For detailed care instructions, refer to the care label on your garment.
Will denim colours fade over time?
Natural fading is a characteristic of quality denim and part of the fabric's evolution. To minimise fading, wash as infrequently as possible and follow the care instructions above.
