RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Our Returns Policy

Not happy with your order? You can return it within 14 days of receiving it. For a return to be accepted:

• The item must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way
• All original tags must still be attached to the garment
• The item must be in the same condition as when you received it
• It must be packed properly to prevent damage in transit

If any of these conditions is not met, we reserve the right to refuse the return. Any item purchased as a "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged.

Starting a Return

1. Email us at contact@maisonarca.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
2. We will reply within 1 to 2 business days with return instructions.
3. Ship the item(s) following those instructions. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Getting Your Refund

Once we have received and checked your return, we will email you to confirm whether it has been approved. Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 14 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take a few extra days to appear on your account. The original shipping charges you paid are not refundable.

Need a Different Size?

We are happy to exchange your item for another size of the same product, as long as it is still in stock. Simply email us at contact@maisonarca.com with your order number and the size you need. Exchange shipping is on us.

Received Something Damaged?

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, email us at contact@maisonarca.com within 48 hours of delivery and include photos. We will send you a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
